Partnered with the technology team to automate third-party fuel contract workflows across Canada and the US using VBA and SAP scripting, reaching a 100% efficiency improvement and a finalist spot for Automation of the Year in Buenos Aires. Also built the Power BI and Tableau dashboards used to track forecasting accuracy.

The problem
Third-party fuel contracts across Canada and the US were processed manually, which slowed down settlement and reconciliation and left room for data errors across markets.
What I did
I partnered with the technology team to automate the contract workflows using VBA and SAP scripting, operating across tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders. Alongside that I designed Power BI and Tableau dashboards to track forecasting accuracy and give senior management a clearer view of performance.
Outcome
The automation delivered a 100% efficiency improvement on the affected workflows and was recognised as a finalist for Automation of the Year in Buenos Aires.
